Featuring a compact, exquisite form factor and effortless operation, the head can be used in conjunction with automatic tool magazine systems for seamless tool changes. It is exceptionally well-suited for accessing the interior of slots for boring, milling, end-face finishing, and chamfering across complex workpieces.

Built for rugged durability and steady performance, both the main shaft and drive gears are manufactured from premium chromium-molybdenum alloy steel and treated with a specialized carburizing process. The unit utilizes precision ball bearings optimized for high-speed operation and light-duty cutting. Featuring a 1:1 drive reduction ratio, a maximum speed of 3000 RPM, and an output torque of 30 N.m, the spindle output accommodates both ER32 and BT30 tooling specifications. The spindle output must be operated in forward rotation for standard cutting—reverse rotation is strictly limited to tapping and counterboring operations and must never be used for cutting or drilling to avoid mechanical damage—ensuring consistent machining accuracy and extended equipment service life.
