The Gong Yang N76GR Power, High Precision Milling Head is engineered to expand heavy-duty, high-torque right-angle machining capabilities on vertical machine tools and double-column machining centers, seamlessly adapting standard equipment to execute both vertical and cross-milling operations to achieve versatile, multi-purpose machine utility. Fitted with precision-ground spiral bevel gears, the transmission delivers smooth power transfer, minimal backlash, and superior wear resistance. Featuring an exceptionally rigid yet compact design, the unit incorporates a 360° graduated index ring for swift, precise orientation of the cutting direction, making it an ideal attachment for deep-pocket boring, heavy end-face milling, interior pocket trimming, and bevel chamfering across complex workpieces.

Engineered for dependable cutting rigidity, superior torsional strength, and prolonged operational life under demanding duty cycles, both the spindle shaft and drive gears are precision-machined from high-grade chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, rigorously quenched, hardened, and precision ground. Equipped with ultra-precision spindle bearings that balance high rotational smoothness with heavy cutting capacity, the N76GR delivers up to 55 KW of driving power and an impressive 2000 N.m of torque with a 1:1 drive ratio at speeds up to 1000 RPM across standard #50 spindle tapers and tool diameters up to ψ200 mm. The spindle accommodates NT or BT tool shanks (BT pull studs must be removed, and dedicated matching drawbars can be specified upon order). Secured via six heavy-duty M20 T-bolts and operating strictly with clockwise (forward) spindle rotation, the N76GR ensures uncompromising geometric accuracy, optimal vibration damping, and rugged operational reliability.
