The Gong Yang C60GR Power, High Precision Milling Head is engineered to expand heavy-duty, multi-angular machining capabilities on heavy-duty double-column plano-millers and large machining centers, seamlessly adapting equipment to execute vertical milling, cross-milling (horizontal milling), and universal cutting at any desired angle. Built with an exceptionally rigid yet compact profile, operators can loosen the locking T-bolts to achieve smooth 360° continuous angle adjustment (referenced against the angular alignment index) to swiftly set the cutting direction, making it an ideal heavy-duty attachment for deep-cavity boring, top-surface milling, interior pocket trimming, and multi-angle bevel chamfering across complex workpieces.

Engineered for superior torsional resistance and prolonged endurance under extreme duty cycles, both the internal transmission gears and the spindle shaft are precision-machined from high-grade chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, rigorously quenched, hardened, and precision ground to preserve geometric accuracy under heavy cutting loads. The C60GR delivers an impressive 55 KW drive capacity and a heavy-duty torque output of 2000 N.m with a 1:1 drive ratio at speeds up to 1000 RPM, accommodating standard #50 spindle tapers and cutter diameters up to ψ200 mm. Secured via eight high-tensile M20 T-bolts and operating strictly with clockwise (forward) spindle rotation, the C60GR ensures long-term geometric precision, exceptional vibration dampening, and rugged operational reliability.
