The Gong Yang N75B Series Angular Milling Head is engineered to expand the horizontal and lateral cutting capabilities of vertical machine tools, cost-effectively converting vertical milling into horizontal operations to achieve versatile, multi-purpose machine flexibility. Featuring a compact footprint and ergonomic setup, the unit can be equipped with an optional mounting adapter/flange to enable full 360° rotational adjustment for precise cutter orientation, making it an ideal attachment for deep-pocket boring, slot milling, end-face trimming, and bevel chamfering across complex workpieces.
Engineered for dependable operational rigidity and extended wear life, both the spindle shaft and drive gears are precision-machined from high-grade chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, rigorously carburized, heat-treated, and precision ground. Fitted with precision ball bearings optimized for high-speed operation and light cutting duty, the N75B supports standard #50 spindle tapers and operating speeds up to 2000 RPM. Tool clamping options include a hydraulic power clamping system (for standard BT-#50 tooling) or a manual clamping drawbar mechanism (compatible with NT-#50 or BT tooling with pull studs removed). The spindle is designed strictly for clockwise (forward) cutting rotation—reverse rotation is dedicated exclusively to tapping and counterboring cycles and must never be applied to milling or drilling—ensuring long-term geometric precision and operational reliability.
