The Gong Yang U61 / U71 series CNC boring and milling heads are engineered for heavy-duty CNC machining applications. Powered by a robust 20–35HP spindle motor with direct-drive and built-in hydraulic gear shifting, the head delivers a broad speed range of 30 to 3,000 RPM, providing optimal torque output and exceptional metal removal rates.

Built under stringent quality assurance, every internal drive component guarantees structural rigidity, long service life, and reliable vibration damping. The milling head integrates an external oil chiller system that continuously circulates and cools the internal lubricating oil, preventing thermal expansion and safeguarding vital drive mechanisms during prolonged high-load operation.

Designed for straightforward mounting and versatile integration, the U61 / U71 series features stroke options of 800 mm and 1,000 mm. It is ideally suited for large CNC gantry milling machines, custom special-purpose machines (SPMs), precision boring, and drilling systems across heavy-machinery and mold industries.
