C50 / C45 / C60 Series Multi-angular Milling Head

The Gong Yang C45, C45N, C50, C50N and C60 series multi-angular milling heads (universal milling heads) are engineered to maximize the versatility of double-column gantry machines, horizontal boring mills, and universal milling machines. Featuring a compact structure and user-friendly operation, the head allows easy 360° angle positioning simply by loosening the T-bolts. This enables seamless vertical, horizontal, bevel trimming, and complex face-boring operations without the need for multiple workpiece re-clamping.

Critical components, including gears and spindles, are crafted from high-grade chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, precision-ground and quenched to deliver exceptional wear resistance, structural rigidity, and machining stability. Designed with a 1:1 reduction ratio, the series delivers up to 38–42 kW power transmission, max torque of 850–1200 N.m, and working speeds up to 2000 rpm—providing unmatched dynamic performance for aerospace components, heavy machinery bases, and complex mold tooling.
