Descriptions

The E73, E73N, E75, and E75N Extend Heads are designed to increase machining reach and flexibility for double column milling machines. Featuring a rigid structure, precision-ground chromium-molybdenum alloy steel spindle, and tapered roller bearings, they provide excellent accuracy, stability, and durability during heavy-duty cutting. Compatible with NT and BT tool holders, these extension heads enable efficient machining of deep cavities and hard-to-reach areas, helping improve productivity and machining performance.

Features

Could change machine to make vertical milling and cross milling.
Volume is small, convenient operation, suitable to make complex of machine tools.
Spindle are made of chromium molybdic acid alloy steel, through quenching and precise grinding.
Bearing are use tapered roller bearing, suitable for low-speed cutting.
Cutter shank can use NT or BT (pull stud must be removed). Particular suitable cutter shank draw bar can be attached which should be required when ordering.
